Building Commitment Within Your Team’s PLC Journey
This session details strategies to create and support an atmosphere of commitment, trust, and engagement in a school community’s PLC journey. Participants leave this session with easy-to-use team-building strategies to advance collaboration at a faster pace and allow for learning to be the central focus of their PLC.
